The Opportunity A lucrative opportunity exists for a passionate and performance-driven agency-based Recruitment Leader to take ownership of our NSW branches. With teams focused on blue-collar labour hire across a wide range of clients, this role offers a truly diverse remit. This is a role where you’ll truly lead from the front – coaching, growing, and inspiring across two unique but complementary teams. You will be responsible for driving growth, client engagement and revenue, whilst coaching and developing a capable and energised team of recruitment professionals. Leading from the front, you will embed process, structure and performance discipline to build capability and culture.
